As Director of Dr Wong Advisory, Tommy collaborates with CEOs, senior executives, and not-for-profit leaders to strengthen capability, culture, and engagement.
His coaching and leadership development work focus on strategic awareness, intentional growth, and sustained alignment between who people are and how they lead.
Previously, Tommy served as MBA Director at the University of Tasmania, leading a major program redesign to reflect sustainability and contemporary leadership practice.
He has also advised boards and led governance reform as a Non-Executive Director with the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, chairing the Finance, Governance, and Membership Committees during a time of significant change.

While grounded by formal study — a PhD in Strategic Branding and an MBA in International Business — his work is defined by real-world experience and lived understanding.
